Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use SiteStrategix™ (the "Service"), operated by Katie Kim, LLC d/b/a SiteStrategix™:

Account Information

When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and role (e.g., prospect, broker, EDC client, administrator). For brokers, we also collect brokerage name, license number, and contact information you provide in your profile.

Company Profile and Qualification Data

When you complete a Site Fit Assessment, qualification form, or Red Carpet submission, we collect information you provide about your company, including company name, industry, employee count, square footage needs, expansion timeline, capital expenditure estimates, ownership preference, workforce requirements, wage ranges, and incentive priorities.

Payment Data

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We never receive or store your full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status and billing plan from Stripe.

Usage and Engagement Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, documents opened or downloaded, properties favorited or watched, forms started or completed, Red Carpet submissions, and the duration of your visits. This engagement data is linked to your account and used to match you with relevant properties and provide value to EDCs and listing brokers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and provide access to the Service;
• Match expanding companies with properties, communities, and incentives based on your site-fit profile;
• Share your company profile and engagement activity with property owners, EDCs, and listing brokers whose properties you view, save, or inquire about (see Section 3 below);
• Process subscription payments and manage billing;
• Communicate with you about your account, the Service, and relevant opportunities;
• Improve our matching algorithms, property recommendations, and platform features;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Information Sharing — Important Disclosure

We also share information with our service providers as described in Section 4, and as required by law, court order, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Processors

Your data is stored and processed using the following third-party services:

• Airtable — Used as our primary database for property listings, company profiles, prospect records, engagement logs, and billing accounts. Data is stored in Airtable's cloud infrastructure.
• Base44 — Our application platform provider that hosts the Service, manages authentication, and processes application logic.
• Stripe — Our payment processor. Stripe processes subscription payments and stores payment card data. We do not receive or store your card numbers.

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us recognize you, maintain your session, and understand how the Service is used. We use analytics tools to track aggregate usage patterns and page performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and engagement data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes. Property listing content submitted by brokers may be retained in archived form for compliance and historical reference even after account closure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and business retention requirements. 8. Texas and California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Texas, you have rights under Texas privacy law to request disclosure of what personal information is collected and how it is used, and to request correction or deletion of your personal information. If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us at katie@katiekim.com and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
